The main causes of foreclosure are financial worries caused due to accident, loss of a job, illness or divorce, now what happens here pressure increases with the negative mindset which often reduces the positive frame. Easy availability of loan with low down payment and low rate of interest urges anyone to acquire and fulfill his requirement, without knowing the future inconsistency. Nothing is fixed or going to be stable in future no anticipation can be done for it. Diseases, accidents, unemployment etc. no one say that this will be stable. Eventually, this will tend to foreclosure no matter how much the person is rich or poor.

The holding costs, repairs, maintenance, mortgage payments and other expenses should be met efficiently to stay away from foreclosure. If one could not be satisfied this will affects the other, and the stage of foreclosure in going to set. Banks and lenders are in the business primarily to earn money and collecting interest on loans they have made. They find awkward to go through the process of foreclosure, and normally not well prepared to manage foreclosed properties. Due to this lenders will like to work with homeowners as foreclosure is much costly, time consuming and unprofitable.
