The Dallas Morning News has reported on 18th February 2009 that there are a large number of foreclosures and at least one out of three homeowners will be affected by it. The Senate committee was apprised of this situation. There were 96,000 Texas foreclosure homes in 2008 and it is expected that a similar number of houses will be noted this current year.
