The state of North Dakota is in the Midwestern and the western areas of USA. It is the 19th largest in area and the 48th as regards population. North Dakota is a paradise with the flowing Mississippi and Red Rivers as well as undulating hills. It is rich in coal and oil. The capital is Bismarck but the dominant city is Fargo.
